The data is used exclusively to process the contact and the subsequent communication. The data will not be passed on to third parties in this context. The personal data from the input screen of the contact form and those sent by email will be deleted when the respective communication with the user has ended, i.e. as soon as it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.

The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

We process the applicant data only for the purpose and within the scope of the application procedure in accordance with the legal requirements. Applicant data is processed to fulfil our (pre-)contractual obligations as part of the application process within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b. GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR if the data processing becomes necessary for us, e.g. in the context of legal proceedings.

The application process requires applicants to provide us with applicant data. The necessary applicant data can be found in the job descriptions. In principle, this includes personal details, postal and contact addresses and the documents relating to the application, such as cover letter, CV and references. Applicants can also voluntarily provide us with additional information.

By submitting their application to us, applicants consent to the processing of their data for the purposes of the application process in accordance with the type and scope set out in this data protection notice. Insofar as special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR are voluntarily communicated as part of the application process, their processing is also carried out in accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. b GDPR (e.g. health data, such as severely disabled status or ethnic origin). Insofar as special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR are requested from applicants as part of the application process, their processing is also carried out in accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR (e.g. health data if this is necessary for the exercise of the profession).

Applications can be sent to us by e-mail. Please note that e-mails are generally not sent in encrypted form and applicants must ensure that they are encrypted themselves. We can therefore accept no responsibility for the transmission path of the application between the sender and receipt on our server.

The data provided by applicants may be processed by us for the purposes of the employment relationship if the application is successful. Otherwise, if the application for a job offer is unsuccessful, the general statutory retention and deletion periods apply. We delete the data within the scope of the application procedure, subject to a justified revocation by the applicant, in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions after completion of the respective recruitment procedure. 9.Data protection information on video surveillance

Video surveillance is carried out to exercise domiciliary rights, to prevent criminal offences and to preserve evidence in the event of criminal offences in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, whereby our interests arise from the aforementioned purposes. The data will not be passed on. In the event of suspicion of criminal offences, we may pass on the data to law enforcement authorities. Otherwise, the data will only be passed on if there is a legal basis for the transfer. This may be the case in particular if the police or other security authorities take action in the context of so-called danger prevention and demand access to the video surveillance data.

Data from video surveillance is generally deleted after 72 hours. Data may be stored for a longer period if there are facts that justify the assumption that actions can be seen on recordings from a limited period of time that are to be prosecuted as a criminal offence or used to assert claims under civil law. In the event of absence or illness of the responsible staff, video recordings may be made for up to 10 days in individual cases. Personal data is not processed outside the European Union in the context of video surveillance.

10. What rights do you have when it comes to the processing of your data?

If you lodge an objection, your personal data will no longer be processed by Uhlhorn GmbH & Co. KG will no longer process it. Unless the company can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms. Or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Objection to the processing of your data for direct advertising

In individual cases, Uhlhorn GmbH & Co. KG processes your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is associated with such direct advertising.
